Anna Paucher

 

Anna Paucher was born and raised in the former Moldavian Soviet Republic. Her native language is Russian. Her mother is a mathematician and her father is a professional chess player. When Anna was 15, she moved to Israel, where she stayed for three years before coming to Germany in 1998 within the framework of a quota refugee program. In Germany, she earned her high school diploma and completed college, after which she began her career at an international corporate consulting firm in Switzerland. She later worked in the Strategy division at Deutsche Telekom and was also employed by United Internet. After spending a year in the U.S., Anna, who has two children, now works as a coach and trainer for various companies.

Lars vom Hagen

 

Lars vom Hagen was born and raised in Germany’s Ruhr District. His mother was an artist and his father a successful businessman. Lars, who plays the drums and sings, completed a banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank and later enrolled in the first-ever Economics program at the newly established Witten/Herdecke University, which was the first private university in Germany. Lars spent time studying abroad in the U.S. and France. He began his career at a corporate consulting firm. Just a few years later, he founded his own consulting company, which he successfully lead for ten years. After taking on a consulting assignment for the company BRITA in Taunusstein, Germany, he went on to become the Head of the company’s international marketing department and stayed with BRITA for 13 years. Today Lars, who has three daughters, works as a consultant and coach for various companies.
